Historical Background

ANDAF was founded in 1968 to foster collaboration and exchange between professionals in administration, finance, and related sectors in Italy. It is dedicated to promoting the professional and personal development of its members on both a national and international scale.

Membership and Reach

ANDAF is a key player in the Italian financial sector, bringing together a diverse range of professionals and contributing to the global financial community through its affiliation with the ICFOA.

ANDAF welcomes Ordinary Members who hold key responsibilities in the administrative, financial, management control, sustainability, planning, and internal auditing fields in Italian companies. Extraordinary Members include highly responsible professionals in audit firms, banks, and other entities, as well as university professors in relevant fields. The Associate Members include students and recent graduates in related disciplines who have participated in the Mentoring program or in a Master’s degree, who have a maximum age of 32 years.

Membership fees are €250 for Ordinary and Extraordinary Members, and €80 for Associate Members.

Professional Development Program

ANDAF offers a robust professional development program with various training courses, Senior Professionalism Certificates, Certifications under UNI PdR 104:2021 as CFO, CFO Executive Officer, and Controller, as well as conferences designed to improve the skills and qualification of professionals of administration, finance and control.

Supporting Future Finance Professionals

The organization is committed to cultivating the next generation of financial experts, offering targeted conference advice and, in some cases, scholarships and resources for students and recent graduates, in fields related to the management in administration, finance and control.

The International CFO Alliance (ICFOA) is a non-profit organization, classified as an “1901 association law“ entity, and is officially registered in France. It was established as a legal entity in 2023 and is recognized by the Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (DILA). This status underscores our commitment to operating as a non-profit, dedicated to serving the interests of our members and the CFO profession globally.
